Dirdony Transport Group ("Dirdony", "we") is the brand name of two companies in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: Dirdony General Transporting and Grand Dirdony Transport LLC SPC. Dirdony Transport Group is not itself a registered company.

02What we collect
Quote requests and contact messages: your name, company, email, phone number and the details of the transport you need (cargo, route, dates).
Job applications: your name, email, mobile number, experience, driving licence type, the message you send and the CV you upload.
Client and job records: contacts, delivery details and documents needed to carry out and invoice the work.
Staff accounts for the back office: name, email, role and sign-in records.
03Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and prepare quotes, to plan and carry out transport jobs, to invoice and keep the accounting records required by UAE law, to assess job applications, and to keep the website and back office secure.
04Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The back office uses one essential cookie to keep staff signed in. The Contact page shows a Google Maps map of our office; Google may set its own cookies when it loads.
05Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers that process data for us: website and database hosting (Google Cloud, data stored in the Netherlands) and email delivery. Authorities receive data only when the law requires it.
06How long we keep it

08Security
